However, I didn’t find a step free access from the street to the lobby, and when we were given our room keys we realized it was in a wing of the hotel which was located down a staircase. "This is one of the best stays we have enjoyed in a hotel. Everything was amazing and we felt so relaxed. The staff are helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. We had intended to eat out but ended up enjoying our meals in the hotel. It is exceptionally clean and well presented with attention to detail. The riverside walk into Oxford is a bonus.
