"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "My Son and his fiancé stayed for 5 days in Sept, as they needed a place before they moved into a long term rental. The apartment was small but cozy and had all the amenities needed for their stay. Close to a bus route into the city centre. I live in Canada and will be visiting my son and this is certainly a property that I would consider renting when I visit. Thanks!!!!!!"

"My elderly mother and I had a good stay at the apartment while visiting my child at Oxford U recently. The apartment is within easy walking distance of shops in Summertown, and a bus route to the centre of Oxford. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with all one needs. "Great location for teaching at Reading University or Royal Berkshire Hospital. Flat was really spacious with all amenities that you would require. Bed was really comfy and fans provided as it was hot. It was quite noisy being on the ground floor flat, you could hear people on the stairs and when the front door shut."
