"The hotel offers a shuttle service that picks you up from the train station, which is convenient. However, it doesn’t provide any guidance for visiting Mount Fuji, so we had to navigate on our own using the Hakone Travel Pass. It would have been much easier if there had been a tour guide or tourist bus that took us directly, even if we had to pay for it. "One can’t go wrong as the hotel is conveniently located & to top it all their free to & fro shuttle service from Gora station & the hotel is just ideal for exploring the sites in the vicinity. Highly recommend as the staff is very polite, kind & helpful. "
