"Hotel is in a fab location. Rooms we had was very small, which I understand due to building age and dynamics. Staff were nice, breakfast. Was average, food was hot and tasted fine. Typical English breakfast, no real complaints. Found it strange there were no usb plugs in the room. ( minor for me). Most hotels do have them installed above plugs. Overall. A nice stay. "

The hotel is within walking distance of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Vauxhall Underground station. Would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity."

"Beautiful hotel, stayed here for work and leisure. Hotel merged my 2 reservations with minimal fuss, added a free breakfast as well. Staff were incredibly helpful especially Robert on the front desk. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Lambeth and Waterloo to allow you to access many different trains around London. Will definitely stay again"

"Great location. Great room and clean. Checkin was slow as there was an issue with the system updating when a room was cleaned. Receptionist was very good and did her best to resolve. Maid also came into the room once we had go in with no knock. Also felt rushed out the room at 9am as again the maid knocked the door asking if we were checking out. Spoke to reception upon checkout and they were very apologetic. "
