Friendly, Clean, Comfy! Walking distance to Amtrak bus stop. Quiet. Small rooms--but fine for one or two adults. Perry's restaurant is good with fair prices! Near South Beach and Oracle Park!

The location was great. I loved the room which was bayview with so much to see. There were several annoyances: bathrobe and towels with holes in, curtains that wouldn't open properly, bad carpet stains, a toilet that wouldn't stop flushing without the handle being jiggled about every third flush. Staff in general very warm and friendly.
