"It was good for parking, location for where I was goinf etc the only problem, which I don't like to complain about but it does need to get sorted is my bathroom drains had very bad smells coming out of them so closed door and opened window. I should have asked to move rooms though as it wasn't pleasant"

However the booking was eventually found and sorted. The manager was very apologetic and gave us free breakfast for our inconvenience."

"Very big hotel with lots of facilities that includes swimming pool, spa, gym, 500 car parking, restaurant and bars, etc. value for money and it’s close to the city centre with about 10 min drive. Very big room with king size beds, bath and shower facility with really big windows. Breakfast buffet has hot and cold including Continental options"

"The location is nice and quiet, close to amenities and lots of green land surrounding the area. I spent two nights in this hotel. The only thing I dislike was that the cleaners forgot to replace bath towels, milk and sugar after cleaning the room on my second night. I came back to the hotel late evening to realised these items were not replaced. Called reception, nobody answered the phone, and I had to walked down to speak to staff about my request. This could have been achieved using the phone...
