"Had tickets for Leicester Tigers so stayed the night before. The hotel is right at the ground and even has its own “grandstand” at one end of the bar where you can relax and enjoy a big screen experience. Our room and facilities were excellent and the breakfast buffet extensive. Will certainly be returning. "

"Stayed 1 night before my flight. The single room was clean and amenities good. My only negative is that the walls are quite thin as i could hear the couple in the next room talking. The staff seemed friendly. Only a 20 minute walk to Grand Central & Bullring, and to New St Station for the train to the airport. "

Unfortunately there was no way to contact the hotel directly to let them know i was arriving a day later than planned, or to change the room as i no longer needed the accessible room. On the booking website it would only allow me to change the room/dates at a cost, and phoning the hotel put me through to head office who told me to go through the booking site. "
