"二人の子供達のお祝いで伺いました。到着早々、スタッフの方々からお声かけ頂きラウンジのチケットを頂きました。お部屋は上階で長めも素晴らしく3人でもゆったりとくつろぐことができました。大浴場温泉は日替わりで男女が入れ替わりでしたので、二つの大浴場を楽しむ事が出来ました。夕食は会席を選びましたが、季節を感じさせる素晴らしい演出で目と舌両方で味わいお腹一杯。朝食のビュッフェも種類が多くとても全部は頂ききれませんでした。スタッフの皆様の温かい心使いのおかげで心に残る滞在となりました。次に箱根を訪問する際にも滞在したいです。"

"We enjoyed being on the lake. Dining options were two expensive restaurants or a buffet (which had a nice breakfast! It's an easy walk to one of the sky gondolas and an aquarium. The bus from the train station to the resort was greatly appreciated! "

"I had the most relaxing and healing stay at Ajisai. It is in a beautiful quiet setting and the hot springs are fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and even helped me retrieve a lost item. The dinner was very memorable and totally worth it - traditional Japanese food that was quite delicious. I will visit here again someday!"
