"This is a special place with excellent service. The private onsen was wonderful! The room/cabin was so comfortable, clean, spacious, well stocked, excellent products, safe, and private. The first dinner menu was one of the best Kaiseki experiences. The chef is talented! The second menu was good- but a step away from the first. My only recommendation would be to include non-alcoholic beverages with the included meals. These were available at an additional cost which is not consistent with the luxury and exclusivity of this property. Would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a few days of quiet luxury, an onsen experience and peaceful beautiful outdoor surroundings. "

"From the moment we arrived the service was excellent. The setting is beautiful and the staff are efficient and friendly. This really is a retreat and is very zen-like. The rooms are comfortable and cosy. The food was exceptional and prepared by the chefs in front on you. The onsen was amazing and opening hours to use were great. Would highly recommend "
