"Great value for money, great location, great breakfast but the line for check in was ridiculous and the worst I’ve struck. If heck in is at 2pm and your full or close to then why don’t you roster staff appropriately. The check in line was back to the elevators ( about 14 people in front of me )and 2 people on reception. The 2 staff were also on the phone, sorting out peoples internet and keys not working issues and it took over half an hour. Apart from that it was good ."

"Friendly staff, very clean and so central to everything. Car parking is 5 min walk which is the only downfall and no pool but definately recommend this value for money hotel. I've now stayed 3 times and would go back again."

"Great location and the hotel has excellent facilities. We loved the Pretty Boy bar. Service was excellent. The gym was also well equiped. Small but super quiet rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We arrived very late at the hotel, on our wedding night and the hotel were super accomodating and even gave us a room upgrade which was fantastic. Plus all the complimentary minibar items. The welcome drink (bubbles) was very generous as well. "
