"The location could not be better. The check-in process was efficient and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that breakfast and the minibar contents were included in the room rate. We received a voucher for a welcome glass of prosecco or coffee and found gifts of wine and coffee waiting for us in the room. When my husband was feeling unwell, the front desk arranged for housekeeping to makeup our room during the hour we were out for lunch. We loved this hotel!"

"Perfect location. Less than 10 min walk from train station. 3 min walk to Duomo. Near upscale shopping and plenty of cafes to eat and drink at are nearby. Only negative is the street smelled a bit but I don’t think that’s the hotels fault. "

"The location is excellent. Close to the train station and nestled within the city center. The rooms were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great. The staff at the front desk was a little rude at times, but I’m thinking it may have been the language barrier, as my husband and I are English speakers.
