"This villa exceeded our expectations. It has ample room for a large family and was very neat and clean. The host was very attentive to all of our needs and very easy to communicate with. The location is just far enough away from Florence to give it a great Tuscan feel in the middle of a vineyard and olive orchard. I highly recommend this property. "

"Monica and her staff were kind, polite, and extremely Helpful with directions, bringing up luggage, providing bus tickets, and calling a taxi for us. Dino provided us with attentive service at breakfast, which is included. Very reasonable rates for all services and comfort provided. They run the hotel in a very professional manner to accommodate guests. The hotel and rooms are very clean and quaint. A great night’s sleep in they’re comfortable beds and linens. You have access to everything you need there and you feel safe and cozy. A local bus runs every few minutes in the direction of the main attractions. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Florence. "

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station). Apparently the buses were on strike? So no bus for us. But overall a great place to launch into Florence for the few days we were there. We enjoyed our stay! "

"It was pleasant surprise as I arrived at this property as it was same day booking when my long standing arrangement with another hotel was cancelled. I was greeted by friendly smiles from Isabella that makes us feel welcome. Good services from Franklin and the next day Giulia the concierge has been nothing but outstanding. They were available to my every beck and call. I would def stay at this place again. The outskirts of Florence is beautiful. A great place to soar in the country atmosphere "

"Have you ever felt that you were at home when you knew you weren't ? That's the feeling we had when we stayed with Cate at her family home for two weeks. The property is absolutely exquisite. Every view is a painted picture. The house has lots of nooks and crannies for people to just relax. And her family was there at a moments notice if we needed anything. Cecilia, Cate sister is a spectacular chef, We ordered breakfast every morning and it was set up beautifully and certainly had more food than we could even consider consuming. It Included homemade pastries that she and her mother made.She made us dinner on a few nights and the food was spectacular. The entire family works hard to make sure that every detail is taken care of. They love their house and they love their guests, I am looking forward to coming back again because there's always something to look at or someplace to go when you are in Tuscany . The location of the house Is perfect. You are in the country, yet you can be in Florence in a very short time. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside or head out on an adventure "
