"I would stay nowhere else when back in Florence!!! And would pray to get my beyond beautiful room overlooking the Arno once again. I was granted an upgrade without even asking. THANK YOU SO MUCH! "Lovely hotel. Nice rooms - but a bit dark. The restaurant was very good and well priced. All of the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. However without a car this hotel is quite isolated. The town nearby has very limited options for dining and shops."

"This property is gorgeous and the stay here was amazing! Our room had the private terrace and we had breakfast out there the next morning! I can’t tell you how picturesque, stunning and just plain peaceful our breakfast was out in the terrace! The morning fog covered the valley, all you could see were the church steeples peaking through, you heard the nice old ladies talking in the streets below while going out for morning bread, the birds were tweeting and cooing. "Nice property in a good location. Short walk to everything. Bus stop is a short walking distance. All the staffs are very welcoming, alwas smiling. Francesco is very helpful and accomodating. Excellent breakfast. Free bottled water and snacks. The room was cleaned everyday. I would stay here again if we come back to Florence. "
