"My wife and I paid £71 for one night which included breakfast. We chose this hotel because it had on-site underground parking and was located close to the Bristol City centre. We were surprised with the quality of our stay given the price. The room was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a deep bathtub and a nice shower. What really surprised us was the selection of food on offer. We only had breakfast but I have to say, this is probably the best hotel I've used in the UK...

"It was a lovely hospital. Sadly our heating didnt work but the receptionists was so lovely she managed to provide us with extra duvet. Marcos restaurant was do lovely. Staff were so nice."

"I really liked the decor, the room was big ( we stayed in a classic room) and the bed comfortable and it was quiet. No road noise, or pedestrian noise , despite our room overlooking the street. Nice shower! The room had tea and coffee making facility : a selection of herbal teas and english breakfast teas ( maybe a bit more biscuits would have been nice). We used the hotel’s resident parking permit to park on the road& it was just so easy to find lovely bars/ restaurants& cafes within a few...

"Friendly, welcoming reception staff. Clean and well prepared room. Crabtree and Evelyn bathroom products, plenty towels. Room a little chilly with the heating on max, but manageable. No issues."

"A good setting very central. Helpful staff and good cleanliness. The only negatives were why a family room with two double beds and booked for 4 only had cups and gowns/Towels for 2 and the bathroom tap was loose which although functional will only get worse with time. "
