"Exceptional hospitality, food, and amenities - It's a highlight of our trip. When we arrived at property, almost entire staff greeted us on the street by the entrance. Kaiseki meals were wonderful. The second floor recreation room was a happy place to be -Zen garden view, delicious snacks, drinks, and late night soup... The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen pools were nice, especially the roof top one. We look forward to our next trip there"

"This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay, and took us around after we weren’t able to get a rental car. The facilities are gorgeous and our room was incredible, with amazing view of Mt Yotei. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!!"

While many places in the surrounding area were closed, we actually loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. "Quiet and secluded with excellent staff and high end facilities (including a nice onsen setup). The included half-board meals were extensive and very good, and probably required given the relative lack of other options anywhere nearby in summer season. Feels like a private resort. If you are looking for an escape in Niseko this is a good option and the price is reasonable given the quality of the accommodation and of the dining."
