"The hotel is clean and convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety. The Onsen experience was wonderful with beautiful view of the mountains. The room we had was very comfortable for three people. "

"It was a big hotel and there were large groups, but the hotels managed well. The car park was automatic and there was staff guiding you. The buffet was busy but food was sufficient. The quality was better than expected and we even had crab legs included. I didn't expect as I saw somewhere mentioned it was withdrawed. The room was spacious. The onsen was exceptional with plenty of varieties."

Very good breakfast on site as well which I recommend adding to your stay as it’s far to the main town to get breakfast. Only small criticism is the WiFi was substandard for a property with so much focus on the details. Was difficult to connect to and stay connected to."
