"First time in Kobe. Nice hotel in the harbor. I stayed in a corner suite on the 9th floor. Had a great view of the harbor. Was nice to sit out on the deck at night and have a drink. The second morning staying a cruise ship pulled up right beside the hotel. It was so quiet you wouldn't even know they were coming in. "Great Ryokan, make sure you plan you travel from the station as limited taxis. Buses are regular but full of Gaijin with massive suit cases who are not always respectful of the locals. The Onsen and view of Fuji San is incredible. Food is very high end Japanese so make sure you understand this. Staff are very nice and helpful and speak English but do try and speak Japanese you are in Japan after all. 10/10 "
