"Had issue with heating in room, maintenance came straight away and also a portable heat brought to room. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Was just an overnight stay but will come back for longer Hotel great value for monay paid and in a very nice safe area."

"The staff was wonderful. I was able to book a wakeup call and taxi to the airport when I checked in for the next morning. Taxi was waiting for me when I arrived downstairs. Was only a few minute drive to the airport. The bus from the airport drops you off across the street from Hyatt Place. The bed was super comfortable, shower had great pressure and nice big towels, coffee and tea in the room. They do not have US plug adapters but do have USB. Many thanks to the lovely lady on the front desk who organised this for us. Good breakfast and nice coffee shop. Hotel is close to M and S and Selfridges and there is even an old London pub nearby. Good location for buses and rooms are nice too"

Our only downside was that we relied on public transportation and it is about a 15-18 minute walk to the tube station. It was great to have a large grocery store next door. "
