"My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at your location.While we were able to park at Park Plaza at a cost, we would have preferred parking on your site, we saw first hand that parking is a challenge in that surrounding. "Always amazed that the hotel is at the end of the runway but it’s totally quiet. Bathrooms are wonderful - could stay in that shower all day. Breakfast is extensive and top quality - whatever you want is available. I always stay at this hotel when I have a morning flight out of Heathrow "

"Had executive room 1016 for one night. Very spacious, seating area, bath with seperate shower and comfy, although smallish bed. Does look onto Friar Street so very noisy and had to keep windows shut which did mean room got very warm even with AC on. Parking on site very convenient. Staff all very helpful. Pool lovely. "

"First of all the building is beautiful. Very clean and appealing. We enjoy bourbon, so of course, we choose this hotel every time we are in London. It's a short walk from Hammersmith station, so convenient for everything on the Piccadilly line, including the airport. Bar staff super knowledgeable and friendly. I came home and tried to make the Queen Bee cocktail. It tasted nothing like they made it. Great experience and highly recommend. "
