"The staff were incredible, always greeting you when you leave and arrive back. A really good location 2 minutes away from paddington station/a lot of places to eat nearby and around lots of parks. This hotel doesn’t have an elevator and the stairs are rather steep, but the staff was super kind and helped me with my suitcase. I would recommend staying here!"

"Pleasant stay at this hotel, good location, only 10 min walk to Ealing Broadway which is on the Elizebeth line, Breakfast is very basic but what you would expect for continental. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Would stay again."

"Enjoyed our two night stay at Zoe Ruby. Staff behind the bar were friendly and helpful. Pablo makes delicious cocktails. Not so keen on having to get coffee from station in hallway, had to get dressed, a robe in the room would have been useful. Great shower and comfortable beds."

"We never housekeeping services. So we had to ask for extra towels , toilets paper and had to throw away our own garbage Room was extremely small for two people. No closet or dresser or even space to walk. "
