Plus, Paddington Railway station and the tube is only a 3 min walk from the hotel. There are so many amenities around the hotel, nothing to worry about. "

For being in the cheaper range of hotels, we were pleasantly surprised with how many amenities were available, how luxe it felt, and how wonderful the staff is. You’re a 20 minute tube ride from the core of London but Notting Hill was easily accessible. We loved our stay & will happily choose Ruby Zoe the next time we return to London! "

"Needed a base near South Ken’ underground station for 4 nights - the Gainsborough fitted the bill very well. Hotel clean enough and location was just what we needed. A proper coffee machine would have been great ! "

"Perfect for if you are travelling from either Terminal 2 or 3. The room is basic but the shower is good, decent products and seemed very clean. There is a M&S food hall downstairs and places to get coffee. No window in the room but it was only a place to get some sleep before an early flight. "

However the rooms are not very well soundproofed, we heard the room above making noise all night like someone running or walking all night. On the other hand, very attractive price, practical for small budgets."
