"This is an old fashioned hotel next to Kyoto station. They had a restaurant and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We had a problem with a suitcase that was sent. Next time we will insist both suitcases have individual tags. My suitcase was lost for a few days and only after begging did they get involved to help. "
