When it snowed it was like a winter wonderland. My friends and I were blown away by how incredibly nice the hotel was and how much nicer the employees were. We got a complimentary upgrade to executive river suite. Molto chic, very nicely furnished and unbelievable details, spotless clean. Beds perfect, tech like TVs and speakers high-end.
