"I really loved the room, although small it is ergonomically designed, with beautiful city views and comfy features. Some reception staff couldnt understand English well and were not polite. The bar is horrendous - stinks of horrible cigarette smell, plastic menus, very uncosy vibe, one staff memeber was condescending, it's really nothing more than another smoking room!! Due to that you cannot have food in the hotel - restaurant booked, no room service, you would need an oxygen mask to eat in the...

Staff was not able to arrange our luggage to be delivered to another hotel - which is essential in Japan and told us to install the app and do it ourselves. Most of the guests were from North America. Lots of amenities provided in the room including skincare ones. "

"Super quiet, good location and close to the Bayside station. Rooms are a bit older, however, kept in decent condition. The sink was plugged and I had trouble getting them to fix it but everything else was fine. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Good place, quiet. Room had everything we need. Only thing was hairs on carpet. Very comfortable location. Subway and bus stop near the hotel, walking 1 minute. Haneda airport 15km away. Also convenient store in the same building. They have very good coffee. No regrets. "
