"Really great location if going to Tokyo Disney. They have a free shuttle to and from all day every day. I love the kids entertainment at the check in area and my kids loved to play with the interactive features. We would definitely stay again."

"This place is gorgeous inside and top-tier customer service from the moment you arrive in a taxi. They took our luggages to bring to the room, spoke terrific English to help us with check-in, and wonderful sky lounge buffet with a perfect view of Tokyo Tower. Everyone was very sweet and attentive. The room gives a bit of a retro elegance feel similar to hotels that offer tea times. Water from shower needed time to get hot but otherwise it was a nice stay! Convenient to Tokyo Tower! "

"It was very convenient as it was situated in Terminal 3. The breakfast was great and the room was great. The check-in service was reasonably quick but it's self service so they'd no human touch"
