"Great location, Nice big room and incredible value. However I really don’t understand the adjoined club where dinner and breakfast is served. We arrived at 4:30pm and it had disco lights and a guy with a laptop pumping out drum and bass at ear splitting volume. Checking in behind us was a coach load of pensioners who were having dinner there that night? Is it meant to be a nightclub for people who go to bed early or a bar or a restaurant. Staff were lovely btw. But I’d drop the disco on a...

"We had an unusually large room and our dogs were allowed to stay with us, which was great, as other hotels in the area couldn't accommodate them. The breakfast was generous with lots of options. The swimming pool area is perfect. What made our stay particularly enjoyable, though, were the helpful and friendly employees. They were all fantastic!"

"Great stay check in really swift room fab clean the room we vooked also gave us access to the club room. Which allowed you to have tea coffee soft drinks snacks anytime. Between 5-7 you could have a good selection of alcoholic drinks and hot snacks which was a nice surprise "

"What a wonderful hotel. The rooms have huge ceilings and are well appointed. The restaurant area clad in Christmas decoration was amazing! Will try to make it back soon. Loved this hotel!"

"Nice friendly and helpful staff. Clean and good room. Very quiet - unfortunately the restaurant was too quiet although the fish pie on the night we dined in was excellent. Great position and will definitely stay again when I come next year with my husband."

"We loved the Palm Court and our Superior room. The pool and changing rooms need updating and making more space to put more loungers as there is nowhere to go after you have used the pool and sauna. The jacuzzi is too small for the size of the hotel and its clientele. "

"The trip was for my birthday , the room was nice and big as we had 2 dogs aswell who were well looked after as well ,food was good and breakfast was as well , so all in all everything was comfortable "
