"The Hotel and facilities were clean, and modern, and the staff were professional and polite. I did not like that there were no snacks in the minibar (not even a bottle of water). So, if i wanted anything to eat, even a light snack I had to order from the Bistro or go out to eat. If I wanted a drink of water I would have to get it from the tap in the bathroom next to the toilet.It would be great to have the convenience of clean drinking water, a basic human necessity, available in the room....

"The hotel was excellent as her majesty's theatre was across the street from exhibition st, there was a communication problem with one of the female staff, i did not know her name but when i told her i was seeing a show at 2pm, ill check in afterwards, not knowing self checking in by screen in lobby n debit card myself means im already check in, n go up to the room! This lady didn't understand what i was talking about as a non Australian! But it was not her fault, i talk to someone else who fixed...

"Overall great stay, the gym is one of the best I’ve seen. I was on the 39th floor which had great views however the music from the bar on the 40th floor could be heard till 11pm and the staff were not able to get it turned down as the restaurant is under different management."
