"The hotel is in Haneda’s Terminal 3. A 6 minute walk from my room to the bag check. Very convenient. The Onsen and spa was wonderful. A lot of shopping and restaurant options in the adjacent shopping center. "

It can be a little bit noisy from everything happening outside, but it is to be expected for the location. It definitely doesn’t keep you awake or wake you up. It was a shame that the restaurant was closed (I think for renovations, which is nice) because I really enjoyed having breakfast there last time I stayed. I would definitely stay here again, the location is just perfect and I love that there is a 7 eleven right next to the hotel entrance, it’s so handy!"

"This hotel is new and didn’t lack any amenities. The service and staff were all helpful and willing to help. I was impressed with the room and the location which was in the heart of Shinjuko with lots of restaurants in the area. It was also easy to get to the subway which was also within walking distance. I experienced the spa with a massage and it was one of the best massages I have had. The spa is located on the 45th floor with an outstanding view of the city. The beds were extremely comfortable which made for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was great and offered many choices. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Clean hotel about a 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Train Station South Exit. There is an underground safe walking route if it's raining outside. The breakfast buffet at either the 25floor or at the annex is very good and worth the price. There are 2 convenience stores and other restaurants onsite. The Metropolitance Government Building is 1 block away with an outstanding 360 view of Tokyo and it's FREE! At night, there is a nice light show of the government building that's nice to see from the hotel room. "
