The wifi worked well and the bathroom shower stall was very nice. Compared to other nearby hotels it was less expensive, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Nice and spacious apartment. Metro station is about 5-10 min walk from the place and would take about 20 min ride to the city. There are lots of restaurants (mostly Asian) to choose from nearby. David Jones is just across the street and Westfield is a block away. There is complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning - black, latte, cappuccino. Also got some complimentary banana bread one morning but that’s the only time I saw it so I’m not sure if it’s available daily. My only issue is...

"Expansive views of harbour on the harbour side of the hotel. Courteous staff who do their best to accommodate guest requirements. Staff are friendly not artificially polite. Negatives: the rooms need renovation. Carpet needs to be changed as it gives rooms a musty smell."
