"Our stay at the swissotel was great, we always celebrate some of the special moments at swissotel and the quality hasn't changed at all.. it was only one night stay but we enjoyed every minute of it. Also service at the lounge was superb. I didn't catch their names but during canape hours and breakfast in the morning hotelier/server were kind and thoughful. "

"Check-in process was ridiculously long which was quite disappointing as we were headed to a wedding and was late. The stay itself was okay however we did have access to the executive lounge which wasn't the greatest. We ended up having breakfast downstairs. Not sure if I would get a room for lounge access in future"

"The hotel was well maintained and modern. Staff were helpful and courteous. Our room was exceptionally clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful city view. Blackout blinds. No noise from other rooms or rooms above as is often the case at hotels. Nice and quiet. Room service expensive but very prompt, lovely meals and generous portions. Excellent, accessible location. Close to everything and restaurants. Restful stay. Happy and recommended. "

"I have stayed here a few times. It is a nice place. The rooms are a little dark which is great for the ambience but not so great when trying to get ready in the morning. Overall good location, good staff, no issues at all. I would recommend."

"Oh my goodness. This was the most amazing hotel we’ve ever been to. The rooms were incredible and the food, facilities and staff were out of this world. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. So sad to be leaving but what great memories my daughter and I will take with us. Thank you so much x"
