"I stayed in the Hotel Santa Catalina as a part of a group trip, and extended my trip after the group left. I felt very safe in the hotel at all times. The rooftop bar is a vibe, very relaxing during the day with good music, drinks, and food in the evening. All of the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. I would book the Hotel Santa Catalina again."

"The lobby was appealing but the room was dark and small. There was no ironing board and iron but the cleaning crew was very accommodating. The staff at the restaurant during the day was kinda cold except for a young man. However the night staff was very pleasant. Overall I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5."
