"The person who checked us in lacks customer service. Don’t expect someone who is over enthusiastic but a bit better personality would help. I don’t understand why they take the card to pre authorise the check in payment and when when you check out they take the card again. Surely if a card is pre authorised it just takes the payment. The local is good but there is nothing else around so you’re in it with them in terms of food etc which is a little pricey. I think breakfast could be better. "
