"A really comfortable stay, and a great night's sleep, that felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but still close enough to other amenities that you don't feel isolated. I didn't have dinner on this occasion, due to other commitments, but the menu looked very enticing. Breakfast was well presented and tasted amazing. Just what i needed whilst working away from home. "We’ve stayed at the Crossways several times over the past 5 years and have ALWAYS had a pleasant stay however, on this occasion although the accommodation was the usual high standard the food in the restaurant was very poor, we did mention this so the staff were aware, the food was poorly presented and quite chewy (I’m particularly talking about the lasagne) the gluten free options for my mother were limited (no gf bread/bun) they used do amazing chunky chips but are now soggy fries, I’m not...

"Very welcoming check in and out. Room number 2. Large comfortable room and bathroom. Quiet. Toiletries, coffee machine, tea, biscuits, water provided. Approx 20 mins walk into city centre (a bit of a hill coming back up but perfectly do-able). Tasty large breakfast (paid for separately) Very friendly. Will definitely stay again"
