"All good apart from one thing Was told the bar shut at 1am but when i returned at 11.30pm i was told last orders had been called 15mins ago Either you need to change your chat answer or tell rhe staff they cant close when rhey want "

"Spacious standard room with big bathroom /shower, had a safe as well Bed was very comfortable. Pool was fairly large as well as the Steam room but was disappointed that there was no sauna. In the heart of Cardiff. Recommend"

"The situation was very close to the theatre and markets and lanes in the Old City. On several bus routes to the station. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good quality and lots of choice for very reasonable price."

"My room was well equiped and clean. There was damage to bathroom floor tiles and sink, controls on the shower were damaged but everything was clean and everything worked. Tje little coffee maker was great once I figured it out and the welcome chocolate chip cookie was very nice. My food, a chicken burger and fries was only warm, not hot. It was tasty though. The parking was £8 which i wadnt aware of until I had booked. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice."
