"It is a bit confusing to get around at first but after 1st day it was better. There were no bar soaps for bathrooms and they should stock kitchen with coffee and sugar. Furniture was very scratched in my room making it look dirty and towel rack is broken so maintaining this property could be a bit better for attention to problems you expect to not see at a 4 star facility. Market only had 1 open register in morning rush and for such a large facility they need more cashiers or to go faster...

"The location is fantastic for going to Disney. Everything was spotlessly cleaning and the staff was great. However, we didn't have hot water for most of the time we were there - it was lukewarm at best. The breakfast buffet and coffee shop were both great. But room service doesn't start until 4pm and has about 5 available items. It was kind of shocking for a 4 star hotel. It's great to have access to all the Wyndham property pools but people were saving chairs like there's no tomorrow at 2pm...

"We didn’t have much interaction with Staff beside the Valet parking. Even though they were very nice and friendly, the way the have set up for picking up the car is not easy to navigate when there is 20 cars leaving the lot. It’s very difficult to drive between cars and people accessing those car."
