The facility was very clean and the bed was nice. The two things that I will say that made the stay not pleasant, would be: they put me in a “king studio suite” and that bed was very much a queen bed, as I have a king bed in my own home it was very obvious it wasn’t a king bed. And the second was the bathroom toilet paper holder was very close to the toilet. Instead of mounting it on the vanity right next to the toilet so it pokes you in the hip when you sit down (I have wide hips) would have been better to have a small stand or put it on the wall behind the toilet. It was very uncomfortable being poked every time I went to the bathroom.

The bathroom shower had pubic hair on the shower tray. There was long black hair in the towels, blankets, and sheets. The pull out bed mattress from the couch had a stain on it that looked like blood or rust. The mattress on the couch, you could feel the springs coming through. The bed felt like the mattress tipped down at the head of the bed. The checkout person said the system was down and would have the manager call about the complaints about the room. Never heard from anyone even after she took down my phone number.

The house keeping was awful. We constantly had to go to front desk and ask for things like toilet paper, fresh cloths for washing and towels. We never got new cleaning supplies for the dishwasher so idk what the point was in having one. They also never had enough room on the shuttles for Disney so we had to buy Ubers every day we were there.

This is the place to stay outside of the Disney resorts. The fact that you can walk across the street to Target (4 min walk) and get groceries to save even more money is a solid bonus for this hotel, which includes a kitchenette and everything you need for cooking. The cost alone makes this place worth every penny, but the fact that they include breakfast, a good one at that, makes this a good find. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed was super comfortable. Save money…stay here.

Wonderful, kind staff. Clean room. Bed wasn’t too comfy but hey it’s a bed! Free breakfast is what you’d expect, waffles eggs and juice, etc. Parking is $10 per night, no street parking nearby. Tons of shopping and eats very close by. Super close to disney and about 30 mins from universal

It was nice to be so close to the parks without being in a resort. Shops were right across the street and pool was heated. King room with sofa bed for 2 adults and one child was a bit tight, but having a kitchenette saved us some money on meals.
