"We always appreciate the personal welcome on the TV. The TV was easy to use; however, the remote in our room needed to be replaced. Our room on the 15th floor had a beautiful view of downtown. The view from the hall by the elevator was a gorgeous panorama of the Mississippi River bridge lit for night viewing. The elevators were clean and efficient and had a glass for viewing the lobby area below. The room was attractive, comfortable and clean, with the coffeemaker easy to use. My wife prefers...
