"I would fully agree with other reviews that the staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a 2-bedroom 2-bath suite that had a small dining table, full refrigerator, microwave, sitting area, larger TV and more. This was a great location in the French Quarter and was just a short walk to Jackson Square and just a 5–7-minute walk to about anywhere. "I blocked rooms for my family reunion back in August 2024. Family members had concerns about the Google reviews, so I made a special trip to New Orleans to inspect the hotel and see what was really going on at this location. Upon entry there was a sewer smell, nothing unbearable but noticeable. Approached the check in desk and was greeted properly with friendly and helpful customer service.
