"The helpful, friendly staff at the front desk were awesome. One even remembered my name and brought tea for my sick friend. We arrived shortly after 8 and we’re not given an early check in, despite that being one of the bonuses offered. We did end up getting in about an hour early. Friends were given discount vouchers for tourist attractions. We were not."

"We arrived early and I do understand checkin was an 3pm. I appreciate this is a rule however it was well after 3 pm when we were able and to check in. The only issue is that the surroundings at night may not be safe, so you have to drive your car or take a taxi instead of walking to a restaurant.
