"The property is gorgeous and in a historical district. We overall enjoyed our time at the hotel. However, our air conditioner went out the first day. We thought it was repaired but it did not work our entire stay. We paid entirely too much money to not have air conditioning. Also, we should not have to pay for the minibar. It’s New Orleans! "

"I loved everything about this property. Tomas at the front desk was extremely nice, which I greatly appreciate these days with service industry standards changing. Also, I wish these properties would never do room charge, I've never been charged the correct amount at the end of the start regardless of resort."

"All of the employees are very courteous and helpful. We were on the 19th floor and the main elevators only went to 18 and we had to ge tour and take another elevator to the 19th floor. Also for security you must use your key to go up or down at any time in the elevator. I appreciate the security and it is unfortunate we have to do this. Housekeeping only comes every 3rd day unless requested and that is fine but we were only left clean towels and soaps and I asked for garbage to be emptied. "
