"We stayed at the Palms for our first-ever visit to Key West, and would return there again when we come back to Key West for future visits. Located in a quiet area near the center of Key West, with easy walk/bike options to reach most areas of interest within 15-30 minutes, with most all sites less than a mile from the hotel. Nice breakfast by the pool every morning (see picture). Staff were friendly and helpful when needed!"

"Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, staff was very polite and accommodating, for our first time to Key West, the Bishop Hotel was a large part of making the trip memorable. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Great room, clean. Good quality free laundry machine, however, had to compete with housekeeping because they also use it to wash towels. Parking is very limited. We had to move full garbage cans out of the way on the property in order to be able to park. Other than that great stay. "

"We were very happy with the room, location, and price. Please be aware that Key West is a very old city and these rooms are in converted old houses. Our room was clean, the beds were in different rooms for privacy and they had good AC. The location is walkable to anything. 100% would stay here again. Just don’t expect a new resort style property. "
