"Love the location. Walkable to several restaurants or use trolley! No parking provided, but if you go to the first street past the Inn, plenty of side street parking! Room #30, needs a couple of better chairs and a bigger fridge, a microwave and coffee maker would be great! Those things are on first floor. Diane at desk was very nice! Would recommend!"

"We absolutely LOVED our stay at New Orleans Guest House. It truly felt like we were at home. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the lovely Teisha! You could feel the joy exuding from her which made the experience amazing from the start. We were introduced to the staff and told about the surrounding area. I loved the rustic charm. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely be staying here every time I return! Thank you for such a great time in the big easy! "

"Communication was almost nonexistent. I sent a message and got an auto reply that it could be 24 hours for a response. Never received one. Room was clean and spacious. The biulding is old and needs a fresh coat of paint and there is no real noise barriers from other rooms. But, while not perfect, we did enjoy and would return."

"This is a gorgeous old home with a beautiful garden. They offered individually cooked breakfasts, something different each day. We were in the Garden Room. It was big enough for the two of us and we had an outside seating area, just for us. The home was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. We had a great time. "

"Still trying to get things back to normal after the hurricanes. The only bad thing was the outdoor waterside patio is destroyed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and plan on returning this year. "
