"My family and I had a good stay. Checking into our room took longer than what I was accustomed to(25 minutes) but much shorter than expected based on the reviews I read. The staff were friendly and professional. Our room was mostly updated and it was quite clean with an excellent view of the ocean. We even saw a sea turtle swimming from our balcony. "We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The setting is amazing, with two of the best hosts around! No details were ever overlooked, from the assortment of snacks to the already prepped coffee. Room was beautiful! We enjoyed getting some recommendations and volcano updates. My only complaint was that we had to leave. We will be back for sure!"
