"Started out as a bit of a disaster as my luggage didn't arrive for almost 2 days but the staff sorted me out with pj's and other essentials to keep me going. The welcome at Kempinski was as always, warm and friendly. My room had a view out over my favourite river, the stunning Nile. I received fresh fruit and sweet treats as a welcome gift,👌. The room was spotless, with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. The amazing staff took great pride in how clean they kept the rooms and always checked to see if you needed anything. Some of the lovely staff on my floor were, Mohammed, Karim and Ahmed just to mention a few. I had executive lounge access which was excellent and it was so lovely to see the wonderful Mahmood who keeps it all running smoothly. For me, from the red ladies team, all the way up to the staff at the rooftop pool, the staff are the best in the world. Making your stay the best it can be is what they do and they sure did .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The windows don’t shut all the way, so you can hear dogs barking at night. The first floor of the building is dark and dirty, with no signage to find the hotel (on the second floor)."

"Simply perfect! Every single staff member is friendly, accomodating and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and quality of the service provided exceptional. Restaurant options are wonderful! I also highly recommend their breakfast - the buffet offers absolutely anything you'd need. The The gym is also very well equipped. The only point for the ladies is that I do not recommend the beauty salon in Beyman (attached to the hotel). The manicurist was rude, their nail polish collection does not seem to be of good quality and the hygiene was poor. "
