"The only bad thing I can say about our stay was that there was only 1 pillow each on the double bed. Normally, in every other hotel I have stayed in, there has either been 2 pillows each or 1 pillow each but 2 spare pillows somewhere in the room. Unfortunately, I didn't find another pillow so I thought it would be ok, however, I woke at 2am with back pain, so had to use a folded towel to put under my pillow, which helped a little."

"I enjoy Malmaison! I like the style, the friendliness of staff, facilities, the difference. Couple of comments for my stay on this occasion: bar was rammed late in the evening and it took 10/15 minutes to get served. More staff should have been allocated. And a Malmaison issue that becomes worse for those of us getting on a bit: the signage for such things as the floor directory in the lift and room numbers on the doors...style over substance! Perfect place to stay if you are attending a function at the ICC as it has a private access bridge to the centre accessible via your keycard. "Very big hotel with lots of facilities that includes swimming pool, spa, gym, 500 car parking, restaurant and bars, etc. value for money and it’s close to the city centre with about 10 min drive. Very big room with king size beds, bath and shower facility with really big windows. Breakfast buffet has hot and cold including Continental options"

"We had a lovely stay thank you, i brought my daughter and son for a birthday treat for my saughters birthday, the receptionist was very lovely and polite. We enjoyed the use of the leisure facilities and had a lovely meal followed by a hot chocolate in the bar. Our room was nice and clean with all the aminities we needed."

"Attended a business dinner then stayed overnight. The food was lovely including the breakfast. Rooms were good (great shower pressure!). The only slight negative was that the earliest breakfast (Saturday) was 8am. My colleague had to leave at 7:15 so he left without food. "

"It was good for parking, location for where I was goinf etc the only problem, which I don't like to complain about but it does need to get sorted is my bathroom drains had very bad smells coming out of them so closed door and opened window. I should have asked to move rooms though as it wasn't pleasant"
