Not enough milk in room , carpet in room heavily stained but the hardest thing espically if not good at walking far is there is no lift and alot of stairs. The gardens are beautiful and spring bulbs just appearing. Nice stay overall "

Whilst the hotel looks very nice in the pictures, there were some let-downs that did not meet expectations:- Towel rail and key slot to enable room electrics were broken. "The experience we had was very positive. The man on reception was very efficient and friendly. He was extremely helpful and kept our luggage and did the check in for us as we arrived early and wouldn't be back till later. The room had everything we needed very clean a good size and the shower powerful. The breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. All the staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.
