"There was a heavy snow fall over much of England whilst we were there which meant that we were snowed in and staff snowed out. Many staff walked in or abandoned cars to get to work and then worked first to cook breakfast (the chef was snowed in) and then to dig us out with the help of spades and the local farmer with a digger. We felt very well looked after and the staff did an amazing job in difficult circumstances.Great Teamwork! Thank you."

Had to mark down slightly on a couple of things. 1, had a problem with the tv, which was sorted, but then happened again. 2, bed was comfortable but found the pillows a bit too firm. Otherwise the room was very good, with plenty of space, and a good bathroom especially the shower which was spacious and hot. Really handy to have the small fridge too. And dogs allowed , yippee. "
