"Mainly due to age (I am 80) I quite often have difficulties when staying at hotels but can honestly say I everything (including Price) was excellent. A bonus was the location, lovely view and everything I wanted to see was virtually next door. "

"The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help my friend after she cut her knee (not on site). The breakfast was great with loads of variety - kept stocked up even when busy and staff were always around checking on guests and making sure the buffet area was clean and presentable. It's clear the team take pride in doing a fantastic job!"

"Lovely hotel in an old school building. The conversion to a hotel has been excellently done, with many original features and old photographs preserved. Clean comfirtable rooms with very comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff. Perfect!"

"Great location for my trip, easy access to motorway , and bus stop into Nottingham centre just outside the hotel ( friendliest bus drivers I’ve ever met!) which run frequently. Easy parking. Friendly receptionist welcome, with a smile and Hilton cookie biscuit ☺️ The room was lovely , firm bed, huge telly, clean and modern. Charging platform and USB ports, which was great , good free WiFi. Good lighting great shower. Only downside, some noisy Canadian Geese, in the pond/ lake in the hotel grounds started ‘squawking’ at 4.30am..constant. Not much can be done, but apart from that a very good stay, happy customer, just bring ear plus for the geese! "
