The staff at this hotel are absolutely excellent and went out of their way to help out and offer a really good service The room itself is a little bit dated, but I would still class it as good so shame that they can't put in new plugs and are running on still a lot of the old round pin plugs The bed was very very hard but overall I thought the room was satisfactory breakfast was excellent and a really good range of food. "As returning staffordians this was our first stay at the swan hotel. We had booked in for four nights for our wedding,we also booked our wedding breakfast for our guests at the hotel. We cannot fault the service we were given, the staff were incredible,tending to everyone's needs, the food was delicious and it was all set in a very relaxing atmosphere,we couldn't have wished for anything better, would highly recommend"
