"Fantastic stay. So convenient, lovely decor lovely staff, room was gorgeous, bed was comfortable, spotlessly clean, didn’t have to pre book parking just turned up and paid for 3 days parking. Walk to the airport about 5 mins. We would definitely stay at this hotel again Ate at the pan Asian restaurant, was just ok, for the price expected it to be amazing, v expensive for what it was. "

"Ok the good points first of all. The staff at this hotel are absolutely excellent and went out of their way to help out and offer a really good service The room itself is a little bit dated, but I would still class it as good so shame that they can't put in new plugs and are running on still a lot of the old round pin plugs The bed was very very hard but overall I thought the room was satisfactory breakfast was excellent and a really good range of food. "The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Only the service in the restaurant and the restaurant menu let it down. The waiter was surly, slightly rude to my wife (we noticed him ignoring a woman in favour of a man on another table, so it wasn’t just us). Also, I asked about allergens as I’m gluten intolerant, but they hadn’t got a clue and there were no gluten free options on the menu. Given the choices locally, I probably wouldn’t stay again "

"When I got to my room which was quite far down the corridor my room key didn’t work so I had to go back to reception. The guy apologised & offered me a free upgraded room that wasn’t such a trek to get to which was very much appreciated "

"Very good value, lovely breakfast included. Room small but clean and well maintained. All staff very helpful, polite and responsive all the time. Easy walk to shops if you need anything, lots of places to eat near by if you want options. Enjoyed the swim in the large pool, using sauna etc and the gym, all included. Perfect for a stopover."

"I am impressed with the level of cleanliness within the apartment and the room I stayed in. It was also easy to self chekin. Two things I wasn't particularly impressed about were: 1. the stairs leading up to the apartment looked really untidy, greatly contrasting with the neatness within the apartment. 2.
