"Hot buffet breakfast was stone cold at 0630, obviously yesterdays leftovers put back out warm up under the lamps. Room was clean and comfortable and check-in was easy-ish "

"We had a lovely warm welcome from the receptionist with a great value upgrade. Hotel is clean and modern. Some members of staff could do with being trained on how to make guests feel welcome (a simple ‘hello’ when they return after a night out, or a ‘good morning’ when they sit down for breakfast…). Quality of breakfast was a little disappointing - cheap, undercooked sausages and bacon…Overall, a nice stay though. We would return. "

"It was a quick stay with a spa for my wife being the aim. We were let down unfortunately, not by the hotel as that was amazing but by the team in the Spa."

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Wonderful comfy bed and bedding! Great accommodation for a a long or short stay, as rooms are equipped with blackout curtains and adequate kitchen supplies;(microwave, fridge, kettle, utensils). The only thing missing are essential toiletries, but they are available for purchase in the lobby. Would definitely stay again and an easy drive( or Shuttle bus away) from Heathrow."
