"Excellent hotel. Staff very accommodating. Bedrooms beautiful and clean. Bathroom spacious. We had a lakeside room and the view was lovely. Pool and spa area lovely too, with excellent changing rooms. Gardens well kept, with plenty of seats to have an afternoon drink or just an hour relaxing and reading. Cannot recommend enough. Will definately consider on our next trip to the lakes. "

We were put in one of the upper level rooms with a partial view of the lake and it was a fantastic room. From our very first interaction with security at the gate, to checking in with David who was excellent, and all of our interactions whilst we were with you, we had a lovely time. We also booked Thermal journey and a treatment each which we had on the Thursday, the spa was equally as impressive. We also had the pleasure of meeting Puppy Holly (and Tim) which was one of my fiancés highlights. Special mention to Mel in the Winander bar who was lovely and we had several conversations with."
