We stayed the weekend before Christmas and it was nice because it was far enough to be away from crowds and close enough to just hop on the subway. Only 2 complaints. 1) there’s no bathroom or shower door so make sure u real comfortable with the person ur traveling with. "My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights before Christmas. The location is very convenient to Times Square and the Broadway theaters (we only had a 10 to 15 minute walk to most places we wanted to go). The hotel is clean and safe. Love the vibe of the lobby. Yes, the room was small, but we expected that for NYC. Our only complaint was the heat was not working well in our room (we were there when the lows were 14 at night & mid-20s during the day). "Brittany was AMAZING. She acknowledged my daughter’s birthday. She needs a raise and every employee should strive to be like her. She was literally the best. Hard Rock was able to accommodate a high floor request. Room service and housekeeping were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the bathtub and heated floors. The doorman helped with bags and answered any questions we had. I can’t say enough good things. Will absolutely be back. "

"Been in NYC three times already (summer and xmas 2023, and now Xmas 2024) and I stayed the three times at this wonderful hotel (floor 16, 11 and 17, respectively). It’s well located, its staff are wonderful, the breakfast included are delicious, and the rooms are very comfortables. This time the bar at 15floor (terrace) was not opened, so I went nearby for a drink. Hope next time the bar will be available as well as the Club. "
