"Whilst on this occasion things didn’t go as planned, I still couldn’t fault the staff on the way they sorted the issue quickly and generously. It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. Amazing food, delightful surroundings, excellent staff, couldn’t fault our stay. A special shout out and thank you to Sonia, Dan, Lucy and the lovely lady with the glasses whose name I didn’t catch who greeted us for breakfast...

"The Night potter wasn't helpful. Didn't give proper directions to get to the room. We arrived by 8 pm but the room wasn't ready which was okay as the lady receptionist was nice. She advised us the night potter would make up our room. We arrived later and check in with him. He just gave us the keys, didn't tell us where the room was. We proceed to wonder around trying to find our room. So we asked him on the way, he said take a left at the door and it is just there. And that he had told me...

"The hotel was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful. Booked a junior suite which was well worth it and it was a great room. You won’t be disappointed. Lots of space and very comfortable. Great location too, only 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was also really good. "

"We stayed here for one night just as a stop over before a family party. The disabled access bathroom was excellent and the room was fine but the carpet could have done with a good clean. We ate in Coopers Restaurant in the evening for convenience. The food was good but we felt over priced. There appeared to be a bit of a staff problem as a team from another Hilton had been drafted in. Hats off to them as they really did their best in obviously unfamiliar surroundings."
