For a budget hotel I cannot rate this place highly enough, very friendly staff who are happy to help, nice comfortable rooms easy access to the city all in all a very nice and pleasent atmosphere.

Excellent for the budget conscious traveler.
My second time staying here, it's excellent value and right where I needed to be. No amenities at the hotel but next door is a fish and chip shop, a short walk away is a petrol forecourt shop with fast food franchise, cash point. A little further are three pubs, a restaurant and supermarkets, Chinese takeaway etc. If you seek luxury this isn't the hotel for you, but for the budget conscious traveler it's perfect!

A little below par but a bed for the night and that’s about it. My room curtain didn’t cover the whole window. The bathroom had marks on the wall. I couldn’t adjust the shower temperature and the kettle lead didn’t reach any socket. Socket placement was odd with a double socket right behind the bed pillow. This hotel is 2 miles from the city, but there is a bus stop nearby.

The smell of cannabis made me and my daughter feel sick we popped to shops and for something to eat when we came back the blue badge space we used as I have a blue badge had a car in it being fixed up when I asked to park was told it was tuff they were busy didn’t enjoy stay over at all

The postcode for the property takes you to a dead end in the industrial park. There is no free parking included with the hotel. On Arrival the rooms hadn’t be cleaned, use tea mugs, dirty toilet and untidy floor. We mentioned this on our way back out after dropping our things off they came and sorted it out whilst we was out. The actual bed itself you can feel the springs. The rooms could do with another paint job and a curtain that fills the whole size of the window and also checking batteries in the tv remotes. Very bog standard hotel which felt more like a shelter or hostel

A pleasant experience
First impression was a very friendly greeting and a cheery disposition from Elini (sp) on reception. The hotel appears to have been redecorated recently (Nov 2024) and everything in good order. The room was compact but comfortable, with the basic amenities, it boasted a television with subscription channels and of course the hot drinks tray. I was very happy with my stay and I will definitely consider using this place when I'm back in Quedgeley next January.

Staff were great. I had to ask for a clean cup as the ones in my room looked like they hadn't been washed properly. The tray which the tea and coffee was dusty. I think that the bedrooms could possibly do with a bit of make over. But other than that everything was ok.

The price was very reasonable. The location, near to motorway was excellent but i stayed in a room which needed its painting to be finished. The shower door was stiff. However the young lady on reception in the morning was delightful and very helpful. I would stay again at that price

Due to some reason i can not come to live there, I call twice at the hotel for refund or change the guest name as I already paid full amount. The receptionist said, our manager will call you but it's almost 5 days we did not get any call. you do not care about guests. You just need money.

The room was poorly laid out. Plug socket in wrong place. Coat hook above the bed. Kettle lead that didnt reach the sockets. Poor door lock. Wall look like it had damp.
